Wyeth Q1 net down 8.94 pc

Mumbai, July 26 (UNI) Wyeth Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 25.23 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2006, as compared to Rs 27.38 crore for the same period last fiscal, a decline of 8.94 per cent.

Announcing the results, the company said its total income (net of excise) has decreased from Rs 90.98 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2005, to Rs 78.96 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2006.
