Wahdat-e-Islami protest against Israeli attacks on Lebanon

Srinagar, July 26 (UNI) The activists of Wahdat-e-Islami (WeI) today took to streets here protesting Israeli attacks on Lebanon and Palestian.

Official sources said the activists took to streets at Maisuma near here and marched through Red cross road, Exchange Road and Barbar Shah.

Holding banners, they raised slogans against United States President George Bush.

Demanding immediate end to killings of innocent people, including women and children, they appealed to people around the world to protest against Israeli aggression.

Similar demonstrations have been held by other organisations, including Dukhtaran-e-Milat, in the city during the lost one week.
