Valiathan Committee on AIIMS to submit report in three months

New Delhi, July 26 (UNI) The Government has constituted an expert three-member committee, headed by Dr M S Valiathan, to study the functioning of AIIMS and make recommendations for its development.

Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Panabaka Lakshmi told the Lok Sabha in a written reply that the committee will submit its report within three months.

The other members of the Committee are Health and Family Welfare Secretary P K Hota and Director General of Health Services S P Agarwal.
