SWR to run 3 spl trains to clear extra rush
Bangalore, July 26 (UNI) The South Western Railway (SWR) today announced introduction of three special trains to clear extra rush.
According to a release here, Bangalore City-Ernakulam weekly special would leave the city at 1715 hrs on Fridays to reach Ernakulam at 0430 hrs the next day.
In the return direction, the train would leave Ernakulam on Saturdays at 1700 hrs and reach here at 0420 hrs next day. The service would commence from here on July 28 and Ernakulam on Ernakulam on July 29.
Bangalore City-Madurai-Nagercoil-Bangalore weekly special would leave here at 1745 hrs on Sundays and reach Madurai at 0630 hrs the next day and Nagercoil at 1045 hrs on Mondays. The first service would commence on July 30 from here and Nagercoil on July 31.
Bangalore City-Chennai-Bangalore weekly express would leave here at 2130 hrs on Fridays and reach Chennai at 0355 hrs the next day.
In the return direction, the train would depart from Chennai at 2330 hrs on Saturdays and arrive here at 0555 hrs the next day. The service would commence from ere on July 28 and Chennai on July 29.
