Software engineer shot at

Gurgaon, Haryana, July 26 (UNI) A 23-year-old software engineer working with a multinational was shot at in Udyog Vihar area here.

Anupam Sharma, working with HCL Technologies in Phase I, as shot at six times by two assailants while he was about to leave on his motorbike at 2230 hrs yesterday, said sources.

While five bullets hit him, the 6th bullet hit a passer-by Ajit Singh who was admitted to the Civil Hospital.

Sharma, presently in hospital, is under observation.
