Sanra Soft to market contact point

New Delhi, July 26 (UNI) Sanra Software has announced that it will enter into a strategic alliance with US-based Sui Generis Solutions (SGS), a leading contact center software development company to launch and market Contact Point, an award-winning software for workforce optimisation.

Contact Point is a proven software application for agent recruitment, training optimisation and call centre management, a company statement said.

The concept is similar to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) but instead of looking outwards at customers, it looks inwards at employees, specifically agents working in contact centers.

Sanra Software, a software developer forms the backbone of a wide range of enterprises in the international market.
