RJD MLA gets anticipatory bail
Patna, July 26 (UNI) A local court today granted anticipatory bail to RJD MLA Rajesh Roshan alias Bablu Dev in a case related to trespassing the office of transport commissioner of Bihar.
The judge directed the MLA to surrender before the lower court within a month. The judge ordered that the accused shall be released on bail in the event of his surrender and after submitting a bail bond of Rs 10,000 with two surities of the like amount.
According to the charges RJD MLA Bablu Dev and BJP MLA Awnish Kumar Singh trespassed the office of transprot commissioner cum secratary Pancham Lal and pressurised him on July 3 last to withdraw the suspension order of a Motor Vehicle Inspector (MVI) Sunil Prakash Tiwari.
Both, the MLAs and MVI have been made named accused in the FIR.
While the BJP MLA had already been granted bail by this court earlier, Tiwari was yet to be arrested.
