Morale of terrorist high under UPA:BJP
Ranchi, Jul 26: The Jharkhand BJP today criticised Prime Minister Manmohan Singh of failing to curb terrorism and check price hike of essential commodities saying under the UPA at the Centre the morale of terrorists was high.
The saffron brigade held a meeting here presided over by state party president Yadunath Pandey.
The BJP expressed concern over the panic-striken situation created by the ultras who were striking at the nerve of economic, religious and cultural centres of the country 'at will'.
Mr Pandey also referred to the helplessness of the people hit by spiralling prices of essential commodities adding when the Congress came to power this was the common scene the people had been subjected to.
Besides, the BJP discussed the membership drive and the Koderma parliamentary party workers' meeting to be held on July 29.
Party's national vice-president and in-charge of Jharkhand Sumitra Mahajan and state president Yadunath Pandey would also participate in the meeting.
Addressing party workers, Mr Pandey said this was an organisational year for the party and it was necessary to run the membership drive.
