Israeli soldier killed in Lebanon - Jazeera TV

DUBAI, July 26 (Reuters) An Israeli soldier was killed and five others were wounded today in fierce fighting with Hizbollah guerillas in a southern Lebanese town, Al Jazeera television said.

Israel considers the town of Bint Jbeil to be a Hizbollah stronghold and its troops have been trying to capture it since Tuesday.
