Indian team selection on July 28 and 29

Visakhapatnam, July 26 (UNI) The selection of Indian Junior Women's Volleyball team for Asian Championship will be held at Swarnabharati stadium in the city on July 28 and 29.

Andhra Pradesh Volleyball Association President S Kodandaramayya said here that 80 players from different states would participate in the selection.

He said the selected team would undergo a coaching camp at SAI Training Centre in the Port stadium from July 30 to September 30.

Chief coach M D Kalandhar and assistant coaches Chaya from Himachal Pradesh and Venkateswara Rao from Hyderabad would supervise the camp, he added.

He also said the selected team would participate in the 13th Asian Junior Women's Volleball Championship to be held in Thailand from October one to nine.
