Grenade blast at railway station kills three in Asom
Haflong, July 26 (UNI) Three persons were killed and four injured in a grenade attack at Maibong railway station in north Cachar Hills district of Asom today.
Police said the blast occurred at noon inside a godown adjacent to a water tank near the busy railway station.
Police suspected the involvement of Dima Haolam Daogah (DHD) outift in the blast.
The injured, including two women and a child, were admitted to Maibong Civil hospital.
Train services, however, were not affected in the explosion.
