Gold, silver fall on bearish global advice

Mumbai, July 26: Prices of silver and gold today fell on bearish global advice in the opening session, according to traders at the bullion market.

Following were today's opening rates : Silver (per kg) .999 fineness grade : Rs 17,545, Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint: : Rs 9,395, Gold 99.9 purity variety : Rs 9,445.
