Esab India to receive commission from parent co

New Delhi, July 26: Esab India today said it will act as an agent for an order received by its parent company Esab AB, Sweden, and will get a commission of Rs 1 crore for the same.

ESAB AB has bagged an order of Rs 19.69 crore from Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) for supply of friction stir welding equipment for use on rocket fuel tanks.

Esab India, manufacturer of welding consumables, reclamation consumables, arc equipment and industrial gas equipment, is owned 37 per cent by the ESAB Group.
