Bangladeshi shot down in Bengal
Basirhat, West Bengal, Jul 26 (UNI) Police today recovered the body of a 22-year-old youth, suspected to be a Bangladeshi national, from near the international border with Bangladesh at Tarali under Swarupnagar police station of North 24 Parganas district.
Police here said, the body, which bore bullet marks, had been sent for post-mortem.
It was suspected that the youth was shot dead by the BSF personnel when he was trying to smuggle cattle, police stated.
