AISF stages dharna, boycott class

Visakhapatnam, July 26 (UNI) Members of the All India Students Federations (AISF) of Dr V S Krishna Government College today, boycotted classes and staged a rasta roko on the National Highway (NH-5) in the city.

The dharna was in protest against the policies of State Goverenment and they demanded immediate release of scholarships and permanent accommodations at the government hostels.

AISF insisted that there should be a body to regulate the activities of corporate colleges and the government should start atleast two Degree Colleges in the agency areas.
