A militant among ten injured in Kashmir blast
Srinagar, July 26 (UNI) A militant threw a grenade near a crowded bus stand at Magam, on the Srinagar-Gulmarg road today, injuring at least ten people, including himself.
Official sources said a militant hurled a hand grenade at Magam bus stand, about 24 km from here. It exploded on the roadside, causing injuries to the militant Mohammad Saleem, and nine others. All the injured were admitted to different hospitals.
Sources said, the condition of Saleem and a civilian is stated to be critical.
This is the second blast in the same area during the past 24 hours. Yesterday six persons were injured in a similar blast at Narabal chowk on the Srinagar-Baramulla road.
