Trade union murder case: HC summons Special CJM's report

Allahabad, July 24 (UNI) Allahabad High Court has summoned the report of the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad on an application challenging the June 21, 2006 order of special CJM in the murder case of trade union leader Amrendra Kumar Pandey.

The Magistrate had released two accused, C P Yadav, Deputy GM and K K Gupta, Chief Security Officer of Triveni Sheet Glass Factory, Ghoorpur, Allahabad on their executing personal bond and two securities each of Rs 20,000.

Meanwhile, Justice S S Kulshrestha also directed to serve notices to the accused persons.

The court will now hear the case on August 1, 2006.

Pandey was killed on March 24, 2006.
