Seven years RI for raping girl

New Delhi, July 24 (UNI) Additional Session Judge B R Kedia today sentenced accused Gautam Khanna to 7-years rigourous imprisonment for raping a girl in 2002.

However, the court acquitted Khanna's wife Divya, co-accused in the case.

It also fined Khanna Rs 5,000.

The accused had intoxicated the victim, a resident of Tilak Nagar, and raped her on June 12, 2002.
