Sasken Communication to consider merger with susidiary tomorrow

New Delhi, July 24 (UNI) Sasken Communication Technologies today said its board will meet tomorrow to consider the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary Integrated SoftTech Solutions with the company.

A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 26, 2006, to consider the merger of Integrated SoftTech Solutions Pvt Ltd, with the company, a Sasken Communication statement said.

The company, a pioneer in telecom R&D outsourcing, posted an 81 per cent increase in its net profit at Rs 8.65 crore for the first quarter-ended June 30, 2006 as compared to Rs 4.77 crore in Q1FY06.
