Reliance Communications Q1 results on July 31

New Delhi, July 24 (UNI) Reliance Communications today said its board will meet on July 31, to consider and take on record the financial results for the first quarter and six months ended June 30, 2006.

The current financial year of the company is for the period of 15 months from January 1, 2006 to March 31, 2007.

The Board of Directors will also consider unaudited proforma consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2006 in terms of the scheme of amalgamation and arrangement, as if the said scheme was in force, a company statement said.
