Petlad observes bandh, demands police action in ashram attack case

Anand, July 24 (UNI) The Petlad town today observed a bandh in support of a demand for an early action against the assailants who had attacked the ashram of religious guru Swami Sachidanand near here on July 17.

A silent rally was taken by the locals of Petlad led by Congress former legislator Niranjan Patel. They urged police to expedite action against those involved in the attack.
