Natco to consider buy-back on July 31

New Delhi, July 24 (UNI) Hyderabad-based Natco Pharma today said its board will meet on July 31 to consider the buy-back of its shares, A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 31, 2006, to consider about the buy-back of shares, a company statement said.

During the fourth quarter ended March 2006, the company witnessed a rise in profits to a profit of Rs 4.45 crore from a loss of Rs 15.13 crore.

Natco reported a 1413 per cent jump in net profit at Rs 23.61 crore for the fiscal ended March 2006, as compared to Rs 1.56 crore in the previous fiscal.
