Man Industries to consider de-merger of its aluminium division

New Delhi, July 24 (UNI) Man Industries India, a manufacturer of SAW pipes and coating systems for high-pressure oil and gas installations, today said its board will meet on July 29 to consider the de-merger of its aluminum division.

The meeting will also take into account the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2006 and consider the Employee Stock Option Scheme of the company.
