Forever Precious ties up with Pantaloon to market jewellery

Bangalore, July 24 (UNI) Leading jewellery vendor, Forever Precious, has forged a tie-up with Pantaloon to sell its designer jewellery across the country through its retail outlets, Big Bazaar.

Briefing newspersons here about the company's expansion plans, Forever Precious Managing Director Jai Begani said his company had chalked out a business model and fast revenue generating marketing plan to expanding its market reach to make an aggressive foray into the domestic jewellery market, which was growing at 25 per cent annually.

He said the Rs 150-crore company had targetted 80 per cent growth during the current year and planned to achieve a turnover of Rs 500 crore in two years. The Ahmedabad-based company, which had 15,000 designs of its own, was supplying jewellery to over 100 well known names in the country's jewellery market. It would be expanding its supply network to touch 250 by the year-end. It had eleven outlets of its own in cities like Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Nagpur, Hyderabad, Gurgaon and Bangalore, he added.

Mr Begani said the company, which had grown faster through B2B and B2C operations, was now eyeing to cash in on the booming corporate gift segment which was estimated to be at Rs 10,000 crore.
