UPA Government failed to curb terrorism: BJP
Hyderabad, Jul 23: Charging the Congress-led UPA Government for failing to combat violence allegedly sponsored by the Pakistan backed terrorist organisations, claiming many innocent lives, the BJP National Secretary and former Union Minister B Dattatraya today demanded that the Congress step down from the Government immediately.
Talking to newspersons here, he alleged that the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has failed to discahrge his duties to curb the activities of the terrorists, which have been creating panic among the people in all state capitals by sending threatening calls and blasting high-end explosives.
Expressing concern over the recent reports that two Laskar-e-Toiba (LeT) militants had joined the Indian Airforce, he said the UPA Govt, would pay a heavy price in this regard in future.
Mr Dattatraya said India would be unable to conduct atomic experiments for civil purpose in future due to the nuclear deal signed with the USA, recently.
