Palak in Bournvita Cadbury Confidence Championship final

Indore, July 23 (UNI) City-resident adolescent Palak Muchhal, who aided cardiac surgery on several children by gathering funds through concerts, has made it to the final of the Sony TV Bournvita Cadbury Confidence Championship.

Bangalore's mrudungam player Kiran Pathakota is also in the final.

''In the first round, one lakh children competed across India and 90 were chosen for the next round,'' Palak told reporters.

The victor would be the one who received the most SMS and Palak appealed for maximum SMS in her favour.
