''Criminal activities have increased and the regime has proved unsuccessful in checking corruption. The tax imposed on fuel and LPG exceeds the VAT level. ''Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan funds were misappropriated and a newspaper published an advertisement wrongly linking a certain community's ritual to the 'School Chalo Abhiyan'. A complaint will be filed before the Union HRD Ministry,'' Ms Devi warned.
