Patna, July 15 (UNI) Peeved with the attempt of opposition parties for taking political mileage from the incident of lathicharge on 'Lok Sikshaks' yesterday, Bihar Human Resources Development Minister Brishen Patel today accused them of raising obstacles in the appointment of more than 2.5 lakhs teachers in the state.
