Israeli jets hit Palestinian fighters in Lebanon

CHTOURA, Lebanon, July 14 (Reuters) Israeli jets bombed a base for pro-Syrian Palestinian guerrillas in eastern Lebanon today, security sources said.

There was no immediate word on casualties in the strike against the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestinian - General Command fighters near the village of Koussaya, several kilometres (miles) west of the border with Syria.
