North-South Korea ministerial talks failing
Pusan (South Korea), Jul 13: South Korea said today that ministerial talks with the North were failing.
Asked if the talks, the first high-level meeting of the two sides since North Korea test-fired missiles last week, were breaking down, a South Korean Unification Ministry official told reporters: ''Yes.'' The official also said that the North Korean delegation would return to Pyongyang later in the day, a day earlier than scheduled.
