Raymond board to consider Q1 results on Jul 20

New Delhi, July 13: Leading apparel manufacturer Raymond will consider its financial results for the first quarter on the fiscal 2006-07 on July 20.

The Board of Directors of the company will meet on July 20, 2006 to consider the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2006, a company statement said today.

Last week, the group's wholly-owned subsidiary, Raymond Apparel Ltd, acquired a 25.9 per cent stake in ColurPlus Fashions Ltd (CFL), taking its total stake in CFL to 100 per cent.
