No aid to N Korea until nuclear talks resume-Seoul
PUSAN, South Korea, July 13 (Reuters) South Korea said today it will suspend sending food aid to North Korea until its impoverished neighbour returns to stalled six-country talks on ending its nuclear weapons programme.
Commenting at what point Seoul would consider resuming aid, a South Korean senior government official said: ''I think it is the (North's) return to six party talks.'' The first high-level meeting between the two Koreas since North Korea triggered internal condemnation for its launch of missiles on July 5, collapsed today.
