Gujarat Gas to consider Q2 results on July 27

New Delhi, Jul 13: Gujarat Gas Company will consider its financial results for the second quarter of 2006-07 on July 27.

The company's Board of Directors will approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2006 at a meeting on July 27, a company statement said today.

The company yesterday signed a Business Transfer Agreement with BG India Energy Services Pvt Ltd for acquiring its power co-generation business for Rs 10.97 crore.
