AIMA and MMA to organise "Face to face with Success" on July 22

Chennai, Jul 8 (UNI) Five visionaries of Indian industry, who had won many accolades, would share a common platform here on July 22 to share their experience and throw light on the reasons behind their success.

The All India Management Association (AIMA) and the Madras Management Association (MMA)is organising this unique "Face to face with Success", a star-studded interface as part of their Golden Jublilee celebrations.

Giving details of the event, Executive Director S Lakshmanan told newspersons here that the five stalwarts-R A Mashelkar (CSIR), Suresh Krishna (Sundaram Fasteners), M V Subbiah (Murugappa Group), J J Irani (Tata Sons) and Venu Srinivasan (TVS Motors) would share their vision, passion, strategy and perseverance.

Mr Dillip Cherian, columnist and business analyst would moderate the event, wherein, the audience would interact and learn from their success, he said. "It is a rare opportunity to interact and learn from Indian Grand Masters," Mr Lakshmanan said.

The programme would address issues like how to bring about a culture, innovation and transformation in the Indian industry, how to manage smooth succession plan, how to transform a domestic giant intoa globally competitive company and how to create world class Indian Managers, he said.

The MMA, which celebrates 50 years of dedicated service to the development and practice of management as a discipline and service to the industry, would also honour the past Presidents of MMA for their service to the association and to the cause of developing management practice in the city, he added.
