Sanwaria Agro Board approves stock split

Mumbai, July 4 (UNI) Sanwaria Agro Oils Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 04, 2006, has approved further split of equity shares from the present Rs 5/- paid up to Rs 2/- paid up.
