Indoco Remedies acquires La Nova Chem, Mumbai

Mumbai, July 4 (UNI) Indoco Remedies Ltd has acquired 100 per cent shares of La Nova Chem (India) Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, making it a subsidiary of the company, BSE was informed today.

La Nova Chem (India) Pvt Ltd has a manufacturing facility at Patalganga, Raigadh, Maharashtra, for the manufacture of bulk drugs and drugs intermediates.
