College bandh total in Hubli

Hubli, July 4 (UNI) The bandh call given to all colleges by the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), urging reduction of fees for professional courses in Karnataka, was total here, with almost all college students boycotting classes.

In Dharwad, students who boycotted classes formed a human chain.
