Coimbatore blast accused to undergo Ayurvedic treatment (in Prison)

Coimbatore, July 3 (UNI) City-based Arya Vaidhya Pharmacy (AVP) Medical Director K G Raveendran examined the Kerala based People Democratic Party (PDP) Founder Leader and in the Coimbatore serial one of the accused bomb blast case Abdul Nasser Maudhany in the central prison here as per the Tamil Nadu Government order today and decided to start the proper treatment after a week.

Talking to UNI here Dr Raveendrn said the patient had a problem with his leg besides being diabetic and heving blood pressure problems. The Maudhany also told him that he would co-operate during the treatment and take a balanced died.

Asked whether he had agreed to the treatment. Dr Raveendran who had treated the President of India K Narayanan, said the patient had heard about his reputation and would co-operate fully.

The said he would start giving some medicine and oil to apply on his body for a week.

Maudhany was one of the accused in the serial bomb blasts case which rocked the city during 1998 and claimed 58 lives and injured over 250 people.
