Coastal areas warned of cyclonic condition: Met office
Kolkata, July 4 (UNI) Reeling under sweltering heat since the past few weeks, Kolkata and its neighbouring areas today experienced considerable rain bringing relief to the people.
The MET office here has warned the fishermen not to venture into deep sea due to cyclonic condition in the Bay of Bengal.
Weathermen have forecast thundershowers in the next 24 hours.
The sky remained almost cloudy with maximum temperature hovering around 32.5 degrees Celsius and the minimum was 25 degrees Celsius.
However, humidity was between 97 to 70 per cent, the MET office said.
