All-party meeting to discuss Kalasa-Bandori project on July 9
Hubli, July 4 (UNI) An all-party meeting has been convened on July nine here to discuss about the immediate implementation of the Kalasa-Bandori project, Kalasa-Bandori Malaprabha Action Committee Working President Pramod Mutalik said today.
Addressing a press conference here, he said the meeting would chalk out the future course of action and a delegation of the Committee would submit memoranda to Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy, Deputy Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa and Water Resources Minister K S Eshwarappa on July ten, demanding to fix a date for implementing the project by July 14.
Claiming that there was no need for any further survey, Mr Mutalik rued that the political parties, which had organised agitations earlier in support of the issue, were now keeping quiet.
The Rashtreeya Hindu Sena Founder-President cautioned the Government against the controversial dargah at Hampi, saying that if it was not shifted soon, his party would organise a 'Save Hampi' programme and shift the dargah.
