Unitech announces bonus shares at Rs 2 each

New Delhi, July 3 (UNI) Unitech today announced 74,92,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each as bonus shares to the Shareholders.

They decided to conduct a postal ballot for decision on corporate guarantee of Rs 4,50 crore in respect of loan to Unitech Hi-Tech Developers Ltd, a subsidiary of the company and corporate guarantee of Rs 60 crore in respect of loan to Pioneer Urban Land&Infrastructure Ltd, a partner of the Company, a company statement said.
