UCO Bank revise interest rates

Kolkata, Jul 03 (UNI) Following the footsteps of several other public sector Banks, the city-based UCO Bank today announced upward revision of interest rates of all NRI deposits with effect from July one.

Announcing the revision of interest rates, UCO Bank sources here today said the NRE term deposits for one year to two year period had now been fixed at 6.69 per cent, while that for the two to three years term at 6.68 per cent and for the term of three years and above at 6.68 per cent.

Similarly, the sourcers said for FCNR(B) deposits the new interest rates would be to the tune of 5.69 per cent, 5.68 per cent and 5.69 per cent respectively for the above mentioned period.

Moreover, new interest rates for NRI deposits in US dollars and British Pound for similar periods would be between 5.12 per cent and 5.21 per cent and between 3.51 per cent and 4.09 per cent respectively, the sources added.
