Synergy to acquire software business of Globsyn tech

New Delhi, July 3 (UNI) Synergy Log-In Systems Ltd today said will take the over the Software business, specified assets and liabilities from Globsyn Technologies Ltd.

In addition, Mr Bikram Dasgupta has been appointed as the Chairman of the Company after his co-option as Additional Director, a company statement said.

Mr V Sanjay Kumar has relinquished to continue as the Managing Director of the Company effective from July 1.

However, he will be continue to be a Director on the Board.
