High Court sanctions Scheme of Amalgamation of Videocon Industries

New Delhi, July 3 (UNI) Videocon Industries Ltd today said the High Court of Bombay has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of EKL Appliances Ltd with the Company.

The Scheme will become effective upon filing the order passed by the high court with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
