Ernakulam CJM directs CBI to produce Kiliroor case diary

Kochi, July 3 (UNI) The Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate Court today directed the CBI to produce the case diary relating to the Kiliroor sex scandal case before the court on Monday.

Magistrate P D Sharangdharan sought the case diary as the CBI prosecutor could not give satisfactory answers to the court's queries regarding certain crucial aspects of the investigation.

In the petition filed by the Janathipathya Vanitha Sangathana, it was alleged that no proper enquiry was conducted into the case, especialy into the cause of the death of the victim Shari S Nair.
