Dr Reddy's Lab allots 34,687 equity shares

New Delhi, July 3 (UNI) Dr Reddy's Laboratories Ltd has alloted 34,687 equity shares of Rs 5 each on July 1, 2006 to the director/employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2002.

The equity shares have been allotted to those who have exercised their stock options, a company statement today said.

Established in 1984, Dr Reddy's Laboratories produces finished dosage forms, active pharmaceutical ingredients and biotechnology products and markets them globally, with focus on India, US, Europe and Russia.

The Company conducts research in the areas of diabetes, cardiovascular, anti-infectives, inflammation and cancer.
