Cop commits suicide in K'taka

Hubli, July 3 (UNI) A police constable, attached to the Karnataka State Reserve Police (KSRP), allegedly committed suicide by hanging from a tree near the KSRP office here, last night.

Police said today that K F Patil took the extreme step after doctors suggested amputation of his leg as gangrene had set in.
