Chargesheet in fake appointment case

Patna, Jul 3 (UNI) Bihar State Vigilance Investigation Bureau today submitted chargesheet in two separate cases relating to fake and illegal appointment of teaching and non-teaching staffs in two colleges under Mithila University, Darbhanga.

The chargesheets were submitted by the bureau before the vigilance judge incharge Munilal Paswan under verious sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Prevention of Corruption (PC) act.

The case related to fake and illegal appointment of teaching and non-teaching staffs in Jhoomka Seth Dr Dharam Priya Lal Women's College, Madhubani and Maharaja Lakshmaneshwar Singh Memorial College of Darbhanga.FIRs of both the cases were registered in the year 1995.
