Mumbai, July 3 (UNI) Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members&Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 10, 2006 to August 17, 2006 for the purpose of payment of dividend&Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on August 17, 2006.
