Subex completes acquisition of UK's Azure Solutions

New Delhi, June 24 : Subex Systems Ltd, the Bangalore-based telecom software product company, today announced the completion of its 140 million dollar acquisition of UK-headquartered Azure Solutions Ltd.

The new entity would be called Subex Azure Ltd and would enjoy a global leadership position in telecom fraud management and revenue assurance, a company statement said here.

''This acquisition is a big step in augmenting Subex Azure's strategic business focus to help telcos establish the Revenue Operations Center (ROC) through an integrated suite of best-of-class solutions,'' Subex Azure CMD Subash Menon said.

The company serves 23 leading telcos and has a customer base of over 150 customer installations in more than 60 countries.
